Eeew I REALLY WISH that I had a "free pass" for one weigh in week. Because OMG I don't even want to tell you all what my body digested today.... I am so DUMB sometimes.
My family went out to this AMAZING Italian restaurant (I don't even like Italian food normally) for an early mother's day dinner and I ate what I predict to be at least 3,000 calories. IN ONE MEAL. Will someone slap/shoot/kick me?!! OMG!!!!! Let me just tell you, this restaurant had the best bread I have even eaten in my whole life. Literally. And so, stupid stupid STUPID Lisa had omg, probably at least 6 slices of this amazing garlic cheese bread and of course my dumb ass dipped every piece into the fresh olive oil at the table. Six pieces of bread with olive oil, a cheese ravioli entree, six jumbo shimp, followed by a chocolate chip cookie. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to die guys. I sabotagued myself BIG time. I really do surprise myself with how stupid & impulsive I am sometimes...
I want to cry...![]()

The redeeming good news, however, is that I did
1) my last hour on the stairmaster this morning (w/o stopping!) and ROCKED IT!!
2) I ran to work (to the pool to lifeguard) tonight after eating 5 bazillion calories.
3) and as you can see from my food log, I had 3 bananas today!

Saturday's Workout #2
WORKOUT #126
I ran to work. It was 3.8-ish miles, really closer to 3.9 miles
I did it in 36 minutes and 2 seconds!!
And boy could I taste that olive oil during my run. And all the garlic bread. Eeew. And I thought I was going to be late for work so I hauled my ass even harder than I wanted to. That stomach full of food was really weighing me down...![]()

So please say a prayer to the weight loss gods for my weigh in tomorrow morning. Let's shoot for 148.0! That would be .5 loss, but honestly at this point after my two bad food days back to back, anything under 150 would rock my world.

SMACKO!!!(you asked for it!) But really do not deserve it too much. OK maybe the garlic bread was going overboard but can't we choose to go off program once in a while? Especially if we are as nun-like as you and will do 90 miles on the stairmaster and run to Egypt to balance things out? I never saw you do anything like that before. I bet you never even had a bad weigh-in before. And who knows what'll happen today maybe it'll be fine, they say the metabolism likes to be jolted sometimes. You are not ruined or sabbotaged. You had a yummy meal that the scale might not like and it's NOT the end of you. Don't cry! It's gonna be OK even if you have a small gain. You are near maintenance now, so some weeks you will gain and it'll be normal. Just don't do it again until you knock off those last 10! Love you!!!!! -Em

You are an inspiration... and you remind me a lot of me. When I am off track, I am WAY off track and have a hard time forgiving myself and reminding myself just how far I have come. God, Grant SmileLisa the serenity to accept the things she can not change, give her the courage to change the things she can, and the wisdom to know the difference. You ate, you enjoyed, and next time you will make better choices :) I am SO proud of you!

I don't think you sabotaged yourself at all and when you weigh yourself I am sure you will do great (even if there is a minimal weigth gain!)! The thing is that those type of meals and occasions are going to pop up all the time and it is o.k. to indulge once in a while. Not only is it good for you mentally (because I don't know about you, but I LOVE food), but it helps to keep your metabolism reved up! You are doing so great in every way, you don't have a thing to worry about! Good luck and keep us updated :)

If ya want to be slapped upside the head, I won't do it because it won't do any good. Yesterday's news..... What will hopefully do some good is to tell you that I am SOO amazed and impresssed that you would eat off your food plan and feel so bad then actually go out and blast a lot of those cals off!!!! I pout and do not do anything positive about it that day. So come on, you are not perfect, NOBODY is!!! Allow yourself to be human and get you ass in gear for the next meal!!!! You already know how I feel about the scale, it's a number and you know you ate more than usual, so give yourself a few days to burn it off, then get on if you must and I bet you will be glad you did.. I know you will get on as sceduled anyway(grrrr!), and I wish you the best, you could very well be happy with the number you see afterall.Whatever you do with the scale, I know you will be on track and kicking butt with food and you never let up on the excercise. You are still the same butt kicking rockin' Lisa. Move on, we are looking ahead to the future, girl!! Yesterday is old news. You are awesome and and inspiration! Big Hugs we are always here for ya! Love, Mary

It happens to the best of us. You still worked out so I don't think that was too bad! Just think that there are people that eat that much everyday and don't workout:( You are far away from one of those people:) Just don't eat as much the next day and exercise double! Have a great week!
