Thursday, May 8, 2008 | A Breaking News story

I SO did NOT want to do my seven miles this morning.  But I did.  And it actually felt quite amazing, to be honest! SmileI was just having one of those mornings where I actually was feeling good during my run, as opposed to wanting to pass out which is how I normally feel! LOLWink  Except I saw a dead cat on the sidewalk, which scared the hell out of me and creeped me out.  Poor kittyCry But anyways, I finished in... (drumroll)...

1 hour, 5 minutes, and 11 seconds!!!!!SurprisedSurprised

My best time up until now was 1 hour and 13 minutes so I dropped 8 minutes off of my best time and TEN minutes  off of my time from my last run!! HOLY CRAPOLA!Surprised I told my mom and she was like "WTH? 10 MINUTES?!!" Smile

I am feeling super pumped! YAAAY!!   That was Day #124.  At least my exercise is out of the way for today!Smile

Thats freeking awesome! You rock!!! And I've been thinking about your issues with what to do when you reach your goal... have you give sparkpeople.com a look? They have excellent tools there to help you either maintain or lose or gain, depending on what you want... check them out... I'm there, so if you decide to do it, let me know and I'll give you my id so you can find me....

Congratulations on shaving so much time off your record and your last run time - that is amazing. Sometimes, the days you want to do the exercise the least are the days that you end up doing the best, isn't it weird? I really hated getting on that treadmill yesterday, but I had my best day of calorie burning yet. Good job!
