That man really does amaze me, let me tell you. He is so sweet- since I have been losing 3 and 4 year olds off my body and working my ass off to change my life in EVERY way possible, he has started following my example. Lately he has been coming to my gym with me and working out really hard. He's a big guy (which I love!) but I know that he needs to get healthy for himself and his future. Tonight he told me that I inspire him.
I am still smiling from that...
Anyways, I am not done with that horrible paper about my past screwed up life but I wil be getting my behind back into that library tomorrow to finish it. My class is not until 6 pm, but I'd really rather not miss my other classes to finish my paper. I am on my 7th page, and I have probably another 4 or so to go, so I better get there early! lol
I am going to do my 7 mile run again tomorrow. I have been kind of slacking on the running this week in lieu of completing my insane goal of 160 stairaster minutes this week. Running 26 miles last week was way more fun than this week's goal...
Plus my legs (no offense to anyone out there) are starting to look like lesbian softball legs. Which is cool for softball players, but since I have always had tiny legs (even as a fat person! lol) they don't really fit the rest of my body. So I should probably cut back on the stairmaster a bit. lol I hope I didn't offend anyone-
I have NOTHING against lesbians OR softball, I'm just saying...

and then I got all crazy on myself and did 7 minutes @ a LEVEL 20!!!!![]()

2 laps (.50 mile) jog to warm down my throbbing legs

Stretching
So NOW, I have a total of 100 stairmaster minutes towards my 160 minute goal for this week.
Now I'm at 62.5% of the way there, only 60 minutes to go before Saturday! ugghh!
P.S. The stairmaster said I burned 605.1 calories during my 45 minutes and you know what? I believe it. LOL I guess that is what almost dying feels like! 600 calories!

I thought dying felt like 400! I guess it progresses. Holy crap girl, your cooldown is my fricking top speed, CLINGING TO THE RAILS, FLAT FOOTED FULL OUT RUN! LOL! Alright, it won't mean as much from me... but YOU INSPIRE ME TOO! I think my boyfriend is going to think I have a "softball" crush on you soon if I don't stop raving about your success. Alright, now I have offended a few people. Again, nothing against softball (or lesbians). I used to be a competitive volleyball player, so I had another prominent part... my booty... from standing in squat position pretty much all game/practice. LOL! Now I wish I could have it back. Anyway, congrats on the amazing progress this week!

It feels so good to me too when John says he's proud of me. Sometimes I fish for the encouraging compliments from him. What a weenie I am, but he always says something nice. And he does the stupid bimbo videos in the living room with me. We have good guys. Lucky us. YOU INSPIRE EVERYONE GIRL! When I was exercising yesterday there was this long slow incline on Church Street and I was thinking IF SHE CAN DO 160 MINUTES ON A STAIRMASTER I CAN DO THIS UUUUGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!! I lived next door to a lesbian softball player so that comment is not based in fiction. Keep up the good work! You rock the softball field sister!
