TOTAL= 1,710 calories

Monday's Exercise
(it was a hard one today) DAY #121
Treadmill (1.75 miles):
1/4 mile walk warm up @ 3.5 speed
1/4 mile jog @ 6.0 speed
1 mile fast jog @ 6.5 speed
1/4 mile walk warm down (after I did my stairmaster, see below) at 3.5 speed
Stairmaster:
25 minutes on the machine from hell at a LEVEL 18!!!
OMG guys I had originally set it for 35 minutes but I almost got dumped off that machine a few times before I finally quit at 25 minutes.
Held a plank for 2 mins
Stretching
Brian came with me to the gym today. After I had finished the 25 minute workout from hell on the stairmaster, I came over to the treadmill next to his and he saw the sweat POURING off of me and agreed with me when I said I look like a gatorade commercial! OMG! I was especially sweaty today! EEEWW!
I went got off the stairmaster and went to grab some paper towels and the spray to clean the machine and the chick next to me looked at me like "damn right she better be wiping that thing down"
haha
So now my total stairmaster minutes are at 55 out of 160 for the week, which comes to 34%. I'm getting there!

Yay for the stairmaster! You talk about it so much I want to try one. I must say as I have never tried one.... hmmm... if only gym memberships were not INSANELY expensive out here... or if I did buy one I could find one I could actually get on the machines instead of waiting in line for the machines. Ack! Anyway, great job on your exercise! I hope you get a break soon - we miss you around here!
