Friday, May 2, 2008 | A Happy story

One of my goals was to run a 5k in 27:15 or less.  Which I was completely freaked out by, because I hate making myself sprint on a treadmill.  And plus, I didn't want to see myself get to 27:19 or something and then feel like crap. Undecidedlol  So I avoided it until today, when I did it in... (drumroll)... 26 minutes and 46 seconds!!!!!! SurprisedOMG I was super duper freaking excited! Yippie!!Laughing

Friday's Food

Breakfast:

slimfast cappuchino (180)

"Brunch":

I went out to "breakfast" with a friend (for her anyway! more like a brunch to me! lol) and I had...

3 eggs overeasy (240)

Lunchy-Snack:

Curves Bar (100)

Dinner:

Brian and I are off to Souplantation, so the remaining calories go to that! I LOVE that place! Yum!Tongue out

TOTAL= 970 + Souplantation!! YUM!Smile

 

Friday's Exercise DAY #118

Treadmill: (3.6 miles total)

1 lap warm-up walk/run

5k loop (3.1 miles)  in 26 minutes 46 seconds!! LaughingYAAAY!!

1 lap walk warm down

Weight lifting with 15 lb dumbells

held a plank for 2 minutes! Laughing

    Yay for Souplantation! I may have had a little Dave and Buster's incident myself this evening - but I was very good about fitting it into my day instead of fitting my day around it. Yay! Plus I played the basketball game like 5 times - that burns some calories right? LOL!
