Goodness, where do I start?!

 

I ran 7 miles today.Laughing  And I didn't walk even though I REALLY wanted to! lol  It took me 1 hour, 13 minutes and 30 seconds (about a 10:25/mile pace).  It felt really good and I felt super strong! Yaaay!  That is the second longest distance I have ever run in my LIFE (the other was a 9 mile run down the beach when I was in Jr. Lifeguards but we also had to swim around every pier and jetty in our way- 7 jettys, 2 piers! ahhh!) So obviously it can't compare to what I did when I was 15 years old, but I am proud of myself for getting up at 6:00 am this morning to run like a madwoman! lol

 

Secondly, I had my weigh in.  And...(drumroll)... I lost 3.5 pounds this week!! YAAAY!! So here are my stats for that:

Starting weight= 211.2 lbs

Current weight= 150.5 lbsSmile

goal weight= 140.0 lbs

pounds lost= 60.7 Laughing

pounds left to go= 10.5Surprised (I'm getting soooo close!!!)

percentage of the way there= 85%Laughing

 

I had a boba today, but I worked it INTO my calories as opposed to wanting to just randomly scarf it down like last night! Winklol

 

Sunday's Food

Breakfast:

slimfast cappuchino (180)

low carb monster (20)

teensey banana (75)

Lunch:

slimfast strawberry (180)

low carb monster (20)

alternative blueberry bagel (110)

with 2 tbsp nonfat cream cheese on top (30)

Dinner:

BOBA SMOOTHIE!! Tongue out (350)

smartones Chicken santa fe (140)

4 oz nonfat cottage cheese (80)

low carb monster (20)

large apple (100)

TOTAL= 1,370 calories

 

Sunday's Exercise DAY #114

A SEVEN mile run!! SurprisedOMG! In 1 hour, 13 minutes, 30 seconds

plus a 1/3 mile walk warm down

stretching

and LOTS of water!!!

    OMG girl I am so proud of you. I am lucky not to fall off the treadmill while alternating jogging and walking... LOL. Only 10 pounds to go - yay! Congrats. 3.5 pounds is amazing. Congrats babe!

    Holy Crap!!!! I'm so happy for you! See the extra few calories you incorporated aren't landing on your butt. Only 10 pounds to lose like every "normal" woman out there. I'm so lucky to be seeing your transformation. I think they'd have to put you in a straightjacket to stop you now!
