I plan to achieve this by: Doubling up in order to take rest days. Taking care of my body and listening to what it tells me. I will push hard and NO WEENIE-ING OUT ON MY WORKOUTS! I'm going to make it happen. 365 here I come!:D

So....what's the plan for this goal? I think you should finish it off in 2009 and give it 100%. That Wedge Run was 100 workouts!!!
