Close Chronic Pain
I suffer from degenerative disc disease. I recently underwent lumber fusion on four of my vertabraes.
Treatments
- Chiropractic Adjustment Working / Worked
- it would work for about two weeks and then I'd have to go back and get adjusted
- Flexeril Working / Worked
- it worked, but it's a drug and I prefer to not use drugs.
- Heat Somewhat Helpful
- Mobic Working / Worked
- I liked this stuff even though it is a drug. I did not notice any side effects.
- Naproxen Somewhat Helpful
- Physical Therapy Not Working
- I seemed to "take out my back" the harder I tried.
- Spinal Fusion Working / Worked
- It's only been one month but I am in little to no pain for the first time in about 10 years. I feel great!
