i had a great day today, i got so much accomplished, something that doesn't happen very often. i got up at 6 this morning and went to my appointment with the intensive outpatient program for the evaluation, i spent 2 hours there, an hour of it waiting for the dude doing the eval. then i left there and came home and took an hour nap, then got up and cleaned out my car, cleaned my room, put some laundry in, and swept the floor. i feel great, it's odd how getting a good night's sleep can change your mood.

(whoops, i hit the wrong button ") any, it really is amazing what SLEEP does for us,huh? i didnt really hava clue about it untill i stopped drinking. now i KNOW how important is really is. makes all the diff on so many levels!
