i'm getting tired of not sleeping on the nights that i have appointments. for some reason it causes anxiety cuz i'm afraid i'm gonna miss my appointments because of my sleep schedule, because i have to sleep 12 hours or i don't function. so it's now almost 3:30 in the morning and i have to be up at 11, no way i'm gonna get enough sleep, so why try. i have therapy again tomorrow, had it on tuesday and i really feel positive about the way it went. we talked about how i need to notice when i want to do one of my bad habits and not judge it, but just be aware of it and the feelings that go along with it, so i've been logging my self-injurous thoughts and my moods, i feel really good about this one, this therapist that is. i have been feeling rather positive in the past couple days, ever since that appointment on tuesday. so we will see how tomorrow goes.
