Close Dizziness & Vertigo
I have had Vertigo for two years now, I have just recently been to a neurologist, she tells me the only method to stop vertigo is the Brandt maneuver, this involves sitting on a bed and throwing yourself down one side sitting up then the other, fast movements. I have been syptom free for 1 month and fear doing the maneuver to bring it on again. I equate the vertigo with drowning in my own head no at all nice.

- Betahistine Not Working
- didn't make any difference with the drowning in my head
