About Me
I enjoy reading, writing poetry, and communing with nature. I'm very easy going and love animals. love to read and write poetry. I am also into hiking, meditation, yoga, Wicca, fairies, angels, and I will try just about anything once. I am very empathic and intuitive. I like doing divination. I am very interested in earth-based religions and spirituality. I am very open-minded and love to meet new people. My life as of now has been a strange brew of odd misencounters, brief encounters, and touches on the street that smile and keep me warm. I am now attending school for social work-It's my third degree-eek soon I'll be finished after my Masters. I have a degree in veterinary assisting-one AA-and now I'm obtaining a BSW. Whew! I recently became certified in Kundilini Reiki-so if anyone has any special requests or does reiki themselves PLEASE contact me I beg you! I'm looking for people who are interested in the same path.

I love goth/industrial music and dancing. I play a couple of instruments and sing as well. I love watching movies-anything but rot-gut horror movies (except the pulp kind). I love reading-no romance crap-usually books on spirituality or the occult. I love agate picking-making jewelry-beading-drawing-pastels. Close Endometriosis
I was diagnosed with endometriosis 3 years ago. Previous to that diagnosis I had many frustrating years of unexplained pain, improper treatment, and misdiagnoses. After my diagnosis I had two laporoscopies to remove endometriomas. They removed over twenty tumors during the last surgery. They were unable to eradicate all of the infected tissue so they gave me injections of Depot Lupron to induce menopause. I'm 28 years old and I'm scared that I will never be able to have children.

- This does nothing for my pain. I'm beginning to wonder if it's making it worse.
- Hydrocodone Working / Worked
- Somewhat helpful, but hard on the intestinal tract.
- Lidoderm Considering
- My insurance won't cover it! :-(
- Meditation Working / Worked
- TENS Working / Worked
- This does help when I can get out and get treatment.
Open Back Pain
Well I'm 29yrs old and I've already had 2 back surgeries-I ruptured 2 disks in my spine ant now it looks like I'm going to need another one-I just had an MRI today-and I'm scared because I don't want to go through it again. I've tried alternative treatments-pretty much everything-you name it!
Treatments
- Acupressure Not Working
- Bedrest Somewhat Helpful
- Chiropractic Adjustment Somewhat Helpful
- Darvon Not Working
- Flexeril Not Working
- Wow-it just knocked me out for about 10 hours!
- Heat Not Working
- I've alternated hot and cold-and cold seems to work the best. The heat just seemed to inflame my injuries even more and cause more pain.
- Hydrocodone Somewhat Helpful
- Ibuprofen Somewhat Helpful
- It helps with inflammation at high dosages 800mg, but it's hard on your liver and it doesn't really do much for the pain.
- Morphine Somewhat Helpful
- Naproxen Not Working
- Physical Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- They pushed me too hard and had me doing too much too fast-it was a bad experience-it made my back pain worse.
- Relaxation Somewhat Helpful
- I meditate every day-and try to do breathing exercises, but it's hard when you feel like someone his hitting you in the back with a baseball bat.
- Stretching Working / Worked
- I was doing yoga for chronic pain up until this acute pain-and it was helping a great deal-it's very gentle and very VERY relaxing.
- TENS Somewhat Helpful
- It did work to relax my muscles but the relief was very temporary.
