      been suffering with anxiety and i belive now im going to have agoraphobia ( bad spelling soz ) . its ruined my life its getting me down im desperate for help ..

      I was diagnosed with a servere anxiety disorder about a year ago and 9/10 when i had a panic attack i would loose totall controll of my bladder , i find it really hard to get on with anything and am just sad

      Diapers Working / Worked
      its not pleasant but i suffer with anxiety too so i dont leave the house much and its not a big issue for me tho i dont want to be in this situation :(
