Glad to hear you're ok......just busy.....I was worried. Sounds like you will be ready for the summer.
Hubby and I will just stay home has usual.....LOL.......just can't afford to travel. I would love to spend about a week in a cabin in the mountains though.....just to get out of the heat.......but I'll just turn the a/c lower and close my eyes and dream.....LOL

My daughter age 22 recently diagnosed with Bipolar I with psychosis - feeling scared for her - any support greatly appreciated! Update - she is doing great on her new meds - hoping this lasts!
Treatments
- Abilify Working / Worked
- on a 5 mg maintanence dose
- Cogentin Working / Worked
- Saved my daughter from horrible side effects from her antipsychotic - works in only a few hours - now she feels great! day two was too doped up on it - cut it in half to 1 mg - she had a good day today
- Lamictal Working / Worked
- best I have seen my daughter since on the 100 mg a day
Open Diets & Weight Maintenance
54 years old and very overweight at 185 and 5'4 - history of diabetes and heart disease in my family - any support or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Treatments
- Atkins Diet Not Working
- never met anyone who stayed on this one for maintanence - seemed to work in the beginning but might not be healthy for long term
- Counting Calories Not Working
- too much work
- Curves Not Working
- too easy to give much aerobic benefit
- Dancing Working / Worked
- was very thin when I was younger and danced 3 to 4 times a week
- Eating Healthier Foods Not Working
- eating too much of everything, healthy or not
- Eat Less Not Working
- this is what I need to try!
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- need to get back to the gym and stick with it

- years ago lost weight on this one
