How are you doing? I have been stuck inside ill the past few days because of my illness but I have been enjoying the gardens on my better days and am in the process of drying some of the produce I've grown this season for use this winter. I have the Thompson seedless grapes along with Italian tomatoes drying right now. They take a long time out in the sun but I'm new to this and still learning. I canned my first jar of hot sauce from the Cayenne peppers I've grown this year. All in all I'm learning a lot and having the gardens helps me feel better about being ill so much of the time.
