  Thanks for the info about the ABODCA gas and bloating. I found the website and ordered a bottle. I will let you know if it helps.

  Hi jcoast, thanks for replying to my post. What are you doing for your post nasal drip and sinus problems? I do have a neti pot-a saline solution but haven't used it since last year. Maybe I need to use it everyday until this stuff is gone. Have you tried something like that? Any advice would be great. Also the left side of my tongue, mouth has a weird sensation feeling to it and wonder if this could be from either the post nasal drip or the acid reflux. My ENT said yes but when I was doing everything he told me to do it was still there. This is so frustrating and I feel so alone with this white tongue and weird sensation on the left side.
