My heart aches for you that you have had to endure this torture for so long -- I will NEVER forget the abuse I suffered from my ex-husband. Just thankful to say -- he is my EX-HUSBAND -- and as my kids said almost 20 years during our divorce and after I threw him out -- we are "safe" now -- which has been a closure for them -- there has been no contact with him. I hate what he has done to any morsel of self-esteem I once had -- I will never forgive him for his abuse. I wish he didn't continue to haunt me....I hate that he still has that power.

I was diagnosed with ET in June of 2006. I had been shaking a lot but actually never thought about it. I went to the Neuro doc for migraines and I was shaking and he ran test and said I had ET. I have been shaking more and more as time goes on. My voice has started shaking, this is bothering me most of all.
I have Essential Tremors which has several side effects. One is Fibromyalgia,another is depression. Among other things. Like Migraines.
I too suffer from depression. I have since childhood. I do not remember a day ever I felt normal.
My brother died in 96 at work he was 29. My sister died when she was 4, I was 12 at the time. I am the survivor. I am all my parents have left. In high school a friend was murdered.
I have been overweight since...well I don't remember ever not being overweight.
I have ET which is a cause of some of my migraine problems.

I have a pimched sciatic nerve at L4 and L5. Along with a collapsed disc. The disc collapsed because of a boating accident in 1996. It does not bother me all the time.
