   Hey all,

     I just recently found out that I have 2 degenerating disks in my neck as well as bone spurs.  My back pain isn't improving either.  I am very afraid I will end up in a wheel chair.  I am not happy about the prospects.  My doctor said I will have to have neck surgery eventually.  I have horrible pain in my right arm from the pinched nerve in the neck.  I don't mean to whine here, but at home it falls on deaf ears...   Will work on being more positive next week, right now I'm going to feel bad.
