Well it has been a typical friday of paying bills as usual. I had to stop and put gas in my car and i dropped my keys and had no one to get them so i had to bend with my knees and by the thir attempt i got them and now it hurts in my back. I think cause it just pulled when i did but i did not bend i squatted. So it sucks to spend my 31st b-day like this!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! All that stuff is hard in the beginning. Last summer, a month and a half after my surgery, it was my 39th birthday. We were gonna go out for dinner so I decided I wanted to wear tie up shoes instead of slip on shoes for the first time. I ended up sitting on the floor and crying with only one shoe on. I couldn't tie it and I couldn't get the other on. Kiersten had to put my shoes on. I was so upset. These things have tendency to ruin birthdays. It gets better, though. Hang in there and enjoy your day. Ignore the back (not in a reckless way) and enjoy your day!!!
