Close Bipolar Disorder
I was not diagnosed as bipolar type 2 until April 2007, six months before my 30th birthday. I was sure most of my life there was something wrong, but did not seek help until I nearly lost another job, I had been thinking dark thoughts for a long time when I called my doctor for help. She diagnosed me and after some trial and error we found that lithium calms me down.
