I wrote the following to Doug... I am posting it here because I don't want to embarrass them, but I want them to know how important they are to me. Another one whom I did not mention in the following letter is Staci. Staci also provides inspiration and happiness to all who come in contact with her. She is a strong woman and provides support to a lot of DS members. I love all three of you!! Thank you for being here!!
Hi Doug!
I just had an idea of something to add to the site. I was reading my friend Keleee's journal and I realized how much I look up to her. She is a hero to me because she has consistenly pushed through her struggles and reaches out to help others on a regular basis. She is definitely a hero to me. I would like to have a spot on our left-hand column to list our heroes. Here I could list the people who are most important to me on DS and who do the most to support themselves and others. I think it would be an excelent way to show my appreciation for all that they do. Another person who is a hero to me is tattman. He leads a crusade against HCV and in the meantime provides support to many many others. On a daily basis, he brings joy, support and inspiration to lots of members of DS. He and Keleee are two of the most selfless people I have ever met and they motivate me to be a better person. I want to say thank you to them and I know there are others who would like to say thank you as well. Thank you for your time, Doug, and let me know what you think!

Oh My, I don't know what to say, ? Thanks Honey. I give all the credit to God who is my strength. I get my strength from helping others. It gets me out of myself and my pain seems to go away. We have a saying in AA, We have to give it away, to keep it.
