I am going down hill real fast, I know I have a problem but cannot resolve it, I so want to give up drinking, but I enjoy it too much, I suffer from hangovers still. The reason I want to stop is because I feel ill most of the time, .. and I am looking forward to my first granchild, I want to be a fit and healthy grandmother to my granchild, and not an embarresment to my daughteer...help me please. I dont want to carry on like this I hATE THE WAY i FEEL RIGHT NOW, AND i HATE THE WAY I AM. XXXX THANK YOU

I am an alcoholic, I am sure of it
I am 53 and STILL going through menopause, Im sure of it. lately I have been getting hot flushes, frequently and severely, although I havent had a period for over 4 yrs now.
13 yrs ago I became very sick, no one knew what it was, my Doctor had some idea's and sent me to a specialist, upshot was I had ME, CFS. I battled for 6 months with many health problems, I found that I was getting better, had no idea how. I seem to have been in some sort of remisive state since, if that is possible. I have been under alot of stress over the last 2yrs and lately I have been feeling extra tired, and weird, I am going through meno, but these symptoms are different.
55 yr old female, 2 Daughters, 1 Grandson, in a relationship with a wonderful man, was enjoying life until a few weeks ago. Now in constant pain in right knee, swollen ankles and pain in ankles, when does it go away??
