  I'm about as okay as I can get. It appears that my ADD was afunction of my mood disorder, and the pills seem to be working. I see you're stating busy. I figured you were a member of other groups and were busy there. It's nice to hear you're back for a while.

  wel it looks by the pictures as if you have don alot with your life mountain biking snow boarding where you liver theres so many oppotunities i wish i live near you to get on some decent trails

  yeah we do! i see you into your mountain biking, im going to put a picture of my bike up soon dude! its the reason i have quit the cannabis, except theres no where that good to ride here in london there is a couple of woods, but meh not big enuf might go to italy apprently they have a 80 mile trail woo, what bike have you got anways? woo big rant but im james nice to meet you, i see you have ADD or ADHD, tbh mine calmed down as soon as i started smoking cannabis but i have started to become alot more active and jittery i guess its good i stopped but i might have to go bak on medication, sucks donkey balls, but anwayz how comes your feeling bad today? looks as if you have done some amazing things with your life

  Just remember wired it's not about you. You don't get praise and positve encouragement because that person is probably punishing themselves, low self-esteem, they may not have lived up to someone's expectations. Some of us are average, some of us are above average in life but no one is perfect. Its up to you and my son to break that cycle of emotional damage.

  Like you I had to be very active in sport & activities to feel happy. When I stopped, it was hard to get motivated. Turned to gambling and drinking to be happy. Does the opposite. Take care & remember you're medication. Here, have some hugs & snugs

  Wired don't forget you are special in this world. To have a heart thats big and such compassion at 18 gives me hope. Life is about being you and giving comfort and support to others struggling. It took me 46 yrs and the right med to be the real me. Go girl.
