Down to 230lbs. Went to the gym three times last week and twice this week. Plan on doing yoga on tuesday.

I graduated from college in June 2008 and with a degree in Visual Journalism. I'm been struggling with anxiety and depression since at least 2000. That's the specific time that I can remember any sort of anxiety attack. My attacks have gotten a lot worse and more frequent the last couple of years. I have recently started taking Paxil and seeing a psychologist.

Good job...Glad that you are back. I have to say that dieting is the hardest challange that I have yet to conquer. I'm good for the first few days and then I fall of the wagon. I recently became lactose intolerant. Not a fun thing to figure out! I love dairy products and it's been a huge adjustment to have little to no dairy.
I have a hard time getting to sleep and then staying asleep. If I fall asleep and then wake up again I can usually fall back asleep pretty easily because I'm groggy. The getting to sleep part is the problem, plus, who likes to be woken up all the time at night?
