Ok did someome kick me in the lower back with an army boot last night? When I woke up this morning I couldn't move my lower back with out so much pain it brought tears to my eyes. I proceeded to shuffle my way to the kitchen to get me a glass of water. I then went to sit down and take a drink, and spilled my whole glass of water on the floor. I begged the dogs to clean it up for me because I could not bend over to get it myself. Then I went to turn on my heat pad to find out it had been unplugged. Well reaching over the back of the chair was really a ridiculous idea. No way, so here I sit with my heat pad and the plug sitting in my lap. lol I have to laugh at myself, however it hurts to laugh. I went in the therapeutic pool yesterday. I helped my husband clean up alittle yesterday. I guess I overworked my back yesterday. Maybe it will be better when my meds kick in. I hope so. Not looking forward to being home alone today. Thanks my friends for listening. Much appreciated!!!

So sorry about all your pain! It is really the pits. It affects everything we do! I pray the Lord will touch you with His healing virtue and make you well! You can't keep a good woman down! Your sense of humor is the best. A merry heart does do good like a medicine!

I'm sorry you are hurting so much. I keep thinking about all that I need to do but have been hurting too much to get it all done. Time to get the boys in my house to do something. They are out of school today because of a bomb threat.
