my names torie im 22 i lived in england for 7yrs but have moved back to northern ireland i've had depression and emotionally unstable personality disorder since i was 11 but the reckon i have schiozphrena now aswell they've started me on risperidone they really help.

- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- i've been on meds since i was 12yrs went to a kind of kids counseling then moved on to adult treatments i also went to art therapy which i found to be helpfull
- Rubber Bands Somewhat Helpful
- sometimes works depending on how mess up i feel
- Talking Somewhat Helpful
- i think its down to who you talk to sometimes friends can be of more use than any shrink

- these helped but i had quite a lot of side effects so i could no longer take it

i've suffered from panic attacks since i was 15. i used to see a psychologist for them we did 'coping' stratigys to try n prevent them i sometimes find that the breathing technic he taught me can be helpfull i also take diazepam which i find help alot.
