Close Diverticulitis
I was away on a trip with my group home when I expreienced excruciating stomach pains in the middle of the night. Thankfully I had my own room! I stayed back form our activities for two more days. When I returned home, still sore, I went to the Doctor, who sent me for a Cat Scan. This diagnosed me with a severe inflamation of the entire Sigmoid Colon. I am so frightened. I have a trip planned in three weeks to the Bahamas. I am now hoping to find some life style changes etc to keep me healthy.
Treatments
- Levaquin Too Soon to Tell
- I have been on the Levaquin only one day. So far I am still sore but basically comfortable. I dont know whether to follow my Doctor's advice s she told me I could excercise and should continue the Fiber suppliment, but the Web said that during a flare up you should eat low fiber and rest.
