It's raining today and I have a sinus infection.
I wish the farmers would get all the fields clear so I could stop getting these allergies and wake up feeling clear headed. Typical this time of year.
I got the garden tilled yesterday, then seeded and covered with straw. Next year it'll be all lawn. I don't want to fight the weeds in a garden anymore, so I'll make more trips to the farmer's market next summer. For what I spend on the garden, I can get lots of produce, plus it's more fun to shop there than weed all day Saturday.
Son Chas took me to Red Lobster for dinner last night. What a treat!!! Even had a marguarita, a very rare thing. I needed a nice meal that someone else cooked and someone else paid for!
Good things are coming my way.
