I am single, live with my parents, sister and brother. We are a pretty close family. Without family support, I think I'd be struggling, as I don't have many friends. Social anxiety tends to stop me from getting out too much. And now with my hypothyroidism, I've been too tired to do much. But I have a great job, great work mates and boss.

Well, I shall try to do that a few times each day - I go sideways: & of course I'm shrinking. Never had any ops., but family Dr. told Mum I needed to be braced when I was 9. She was so "off the planet" that she just forgot! Thanks for the advice, janeD.

hi yes i have a gluten introlence and did not show up on endscopy have had gluten/wheat diet since now not as bad

I have always been shy. About 8 or so years ago, I was diagnosed with social anxiety. Having a name for it doesn't help though.

- Been gluten free for 3 weeks, feeling better for the past week, not as tired, still have stomach/gastro issues
