have always been depressed as long as i can remember,but never had the courage to seek any help for it,i lost my father in the early nineties on my 21st birthday,he was the only person i could talk to,it was the worst thing to ever happen in my life.hated to see my mum just fall to pieces they'd been married 32 yrs,she had a breakdown a year after he died,so i spent the next ten years lookin after her,fortunately she's good now,she's got a new fella who loves her alot.but i feel broken

hello i am 35 yrs old i was diagnosed with emphysema in january,have just had a ct scan but do not know what more they have found,have been given an inhaler to use,but right now i am tryin to stay away from it as much as possible.
