I suffer from anxiety and tend to be oc also. i have not had any treatment
i have been anxious all my life but only just realised that it is a major problem...probably because it's getting worse. People generally don't understand and i am accused of being a worry wort !
I have not had any treatment for this but have had panic attacks throughout my life but have only just come to realise that this is a condition that can be helped.
i have very dry eyes and find that i have to use drops without preservatives as i have to use them so often
I just don't seem to be able to lift my spirits lately. I seem to have become immobilized by this unhappiness. i don't seem to care about anything much.
I do't deal well with stress
My dog died in tragic circumstances. He thought he could walk on slushy ice, fell through and drowned. We didn't know til it was too late.
