Close COPD & Emphysema
I was dx with COPD 08/06, I had a CT scan and a VQ scan done. It showed nothing. It seems I got persistent Asthma. Just give me my inhalers and whatever. I think my pulmo is putz.

Close Other Heart Problems
I have diastolic dysfunction, it don't seem to bother me, my cardiologist isn't to worried about it, don't guess I should either.
Treatments
- Lasix Working / Worked
- Take 80mg pill twice a day. Seems to work.
Open Obesity
I'm fat and have the usual co-morbidies of it.
Treatments
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- starving. it is working
- Cycling Working / Worked
- Keeps legs flexible
Open Sleep Apnea
I have OSA and OHS,it went untreated so long,my O2 was always low and I developed Cor Pulmonale, went into heart failure and repritory failure 01/01/06.I was in a hospital and nursing home for awhile. I had to be on O2 24/7 for awhile I started using bi-pap,and in 6 months I didn't need it during day. As of 05/08 when they redid sleep study they took me off at night too.Echo I had done 10/2007 showed Cor Pulmonale totally reversed. YAY I get to live. Still have Sleep Apnea. Still using bipap. .

- Bipap, worked great. Was hard to get used to at first. It was that or die.

I spend to much money on things I want, I think I need these things. Some I do some I don't. I love clearance but it adds up.

- Holding a Garage Sale Somewhat Helpful
- I bought a super expensive computer and TV, I sold stuff on craigslist to pay it off, plus sold one of my pistols. I live on SSDI and Civilian retirement. I needa part time job before I stary digging in my money markets. I still have more stuff for Craigslist.

i got bilateral lymphedema of leg.

- I use compression stockings, they work great whe I wear those ankle biters
