I got the Mirena IUD today. It hurt really bad. The doctor said it hurt so much because I have never had a baby so my passageway is really small. I think it will be worth it though because it is such effective birth control. Healthwise I need that. I need some prayers for strength though, please.

My daughter has the iud and likes it, although she says she has harder cramps when she has her period. but we tend to crmap alot without it. good luck.hugs, deby
