Dr wants me 
to wait a couple more weeks I will go into therapy. I have been swimming

Do not know if any of you have had a groin pull. it is painful. Moved cat box to feed my strays but instead of picking it up dragged it over. If you have had a groin pull please let me know how long it takes. Meanwhile, on walker.

Still working on strained back. I think arthritis has set in. So I am on different over the counter meds. If anyone has had a bad back ache with arthritis you are free to comment

Dear Mazie, I'm so sorry to hear this. Is this from an injury? I had spontaneous (no injury) of the pelvis and then the hip. Your orthopedist can best answer how long it will take to heal. Keep your spirits up, my friend. This is a rough time for you.
