Hi LauriLynn Many thanks for getting in touch. It is good to hear from other people who are living through similar things. I have felt so alone and unhappy before I posted on this site. I am so releived that he has finally admitted to lying as I have known for ages, but he always lies around it. I'm not really ready to admit in public yet, but the porn thing really is a problem as well and he's getting so careless about it, he left a load of DVDs in our living room when we had a rental inspection! Could you imagine? It sounds like you are working through the problems and I think he is very lucky to have you. I hope the arrival of your baby puts things in perspective for him. Keep strong!

Close Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia
I was diagnosed with CAH non-classical 21-hydroxylase deficiency about eight years ago. It’s had its ups and downs, but I’m healthy, happy, and proud to say I’m 5 ½ months pregnant!
Close Fragile X Syndrome
I have two nephews, ages 14 and 8, who have Fragile X Syndrome. They are two of the most wonderful boys I have ever met and they make us all laugh practically every day. They are truly a blessing.

- Concerta Working / Worked
- Meds are helpful.
Open Infidelity
Maybe some people don't view this as infidelity, but I have a partner who was addicted to porn and online sex chat with women. It practically destroyed the relationship and now I'm trying to pick up the pieces.

- Couples Counseling Too Soon to Tell
- Counseling has been helping him, but I still feel like I've been cheated on.
- Forgiveness Too Soon to Tell
- Forgiving is easier than it sounds, but I am taking it one day at a time.
Open Healthy Sex
Ever since my boyfriend has been away from porn and online sex chatting, he has been having a problem with intimacy. Does anybody out there have the same or similar problem?

- Patience Too Soon to Tell
- I am trying to be patient, but it's been a blow to my self-esteem. I feel like I was just an outlet for his pent-up sexual frustration while viewing porn and chatting with other women because now it seems like he's lost interest in me sexually.
- Psychotherapy Too Soon to Tell
- He began counseling about a month ago, but it's too soon to tell if it has helped.
