Well, I am now going to the gym at least 3 -4 times a week.
I do 20 mins of cardio work and then will either do weights + machines for my upper body or my lower body. I never used to suffer with DOMS but I find I do now and sometimes my arms ache so much that they feel like they will fall off. I am only doing light weights i.e., 5 kilos.
I am still enjoying it though.
