I started to read that Claire Weekes book... something about 'peace for nerves' a long time ago but wasn't in the right place for it at all... Am gonna try read it again after reading ur recommendation. Can a book really make a difference though? Kat

Had first panic attack on 18th birthday, which left me with alot of residual anxiety, tried variety of meds which had little benefit, after a few years it seemed to pass through self help and exercise, but now seem to go through episodes every few years or so with high anxiety and insomnia which seem to last anywhere between a few months to a year. Usuall after (but not during significant ife changes)
Not sure if i have an OCD. Just here to get some advice and info to see if i have.
