My names Lynda I am a Registered counsellor, continuing to train and research to become a psychotherapist. I work with intergrative method of therapy. Allowing myself give as much to others and also to learn for myself a way for a better life. But also have to cope with being long term sick as I have fibromylagia and other illnesses.
