Love Ya,
Niecy
Don't worry about the future, my friend, and let the past go; it no longer exists. When you're not living in expectation, you're less likely to be caught in negativity. I encourage you to not live in the imagination of what might happen, but live in the reality of this moment. There is much joy to be discovered therein.
When you were a baby learning to walk, you didn't scold yourself when you fell down. You got up and tried again. Falling is just part of the process of learning to walk.
This is the model of how we learn anything -- including how to live. It's all about bringing ourselves back to the present, again and again. We love, then forget to be loving, then remember and become loving again. The more we remember to love, the more habitual loving will become.
It's a matter of being present in every moment.
I hope you feel better soon!
Dropped by to give you a most deserving Irish hug.

I was born seven weeks early, and as a result I have Cerebral palsy. It hasn’t been easy, but God has been there every step of the way. God has given me a wonderful, loving family especially my mother who has been there for through everything,
