Thank you friends for encouragements and chatting.  It really dose make a difference.

God really dose take us from one place to another. Every day some one asked me to pray for them at the hospital or work.  we are so Blessed.

I am working on the weight thing and would love to know what has worked for you?

I hope to send out ovet 400 hugs and greating this month or more.

I have been down lately and really working to change this.
