Wow this font is really small...I can barely see what I'm writing, lol!
I haven't written in awhile, figured I'd give it a shot. Had my cat scan today, not as unpleasant as I thought it would be. The barrium drink wasn't that bad, it made me really full and bloated...but the taste was tolerable. The technician was really nice...the weirdest part about the whole thing would have to be the warm sensation I got from the iodine injection...wow, that is strange. Very weird! Dan and I went out for lunch at the cheescake factory after it was over. I woke up this morning with very little anxiety. I prayed about it last night and it worked. I don't get my results until April 15th due to some rescheduling on my Dr's part and the fact that we're going up north next week for a wedding(which I still need a dress for). That's a long time to wait, but I'm going to try and make the best out of it. We have to enjoy every moment that we feel good and I'm vowing to do that:)

It is a shame you have to wait for your results, but keep good thoughts flowing. I know it will turn out fine.

The iodine is very freaky.. isn't it? I swear I've peed myself each time.. if they hadn't warned me first I would have run to the bathroom.. Can't you phone up about the results, this is what I usually do.. though I do find that they call me if there is a problem with them.. to make an early appt.. whatever it takes for you to relax and not worry is best..

I felt like I was having an out of body experience with the iodine. Freaky... Have a great time on your trip. Sending loads of prayers and good thoughts. Everything is going to be just fine. Surgery will be a walk in the park compared to what you have already been through. Hugs and love to you....Beth

Good things come to those who wait or something like that. My thoughts & prayers are with you as you await your test results, I remember the days all so well, hurry up get a test then wait for the results. Best to you!
