Hello friends,

                        I am pleased to announce that i was married to the man of my dreams

on Dec.15,2008,we had been together for eleven years and Friday while layin in bed just talking he turned and looked at me and said,baby i think im ready to marry you,i was glad i was lieing down because i may have hit the floor had i been standing!just wanted to let you all know,wish us luck ok.

Hello friends!it has been a while since i have been on.I miss each and every one of you but i always kept you all in my prayers,finally i have got a new computer so now is my chance to play catch up,i hope that you all are doing well, i am doing better than ever,i am off medications entirely and although i still feel panic attacks coming on every once and a while i know how to deal with them and concentrate on something else i am proud of myself and hope that you all will be proud of me too,its been a long time coming and a change has come,for one while i really thought that i would not make it like that but i did,i gathered up enough will power and strength and said to myself,Natasha,you can do this,you have to do this.Every day was a test for me until i got better and better at dealing with different situations.Now i can go out shopping in a crowd without having panic attacks,I give all the praise to God who stayed with me during my journey back to me, i did it and i know that others can too,reclaim your lives and you will be so happy and proud of yourselves,im wishing everyone a very merry Christmas and a happy New YEAR!

             i just want you all to know that i miss each and everyone of you,i really hate that i cannot

chat as often as i would like to but you all are in my thoughts as well as my prayers,im so

grateful to have a place to come to when i need help or to just rant and rave all my feelings
