I was 13.I was diagnosed with epilepsy petit mal.after reaching the puberty I started having grand mal nocturnal fits with the help of sodium valporate or epilim in the uk it was fairly well controlled and there was a time when i was having a fit a month(Now free 4 over a year)remembering my digestive intake i started taking more vitamin C which has helped me.i want to share my experience with others like me who dont just feel sorry for themselves and want to continue living and help others.

- HIGHER INTAKE OF VITAMIN C HAS HELPED AS I HAVE NOTICED TAKING IT BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP I HAVE NEVER HAD A FIT,BUT THEN I HAVE 1 A YEAR ANYWAY.

- DECENT BUT FOR ME THE WORRY IS OF THE SIDE EFFECTS HENCE I TAKE THE ABSOULUTE MINIMUM 300MG A DAY WITH EPILIM
