School will have to wait. My husband is sure he will be done his program on time so we will have to move at that point. That could happen right in Sept or Dec, but possibly not until next Sept even depending on when he gets into a Post Doc programme. So I can't start something if we have to up and move at any moment. I want to get out of this shit hole so I am happy to put off school to make sure that happens, but what can I do in the meantime? I cannot get a job anywhere in this stuid city. I have one more option I can try. My friend was employed by someone in the new water research building at the U and she thinks he may have gotten a grant and can hire someone now. She has something else lined up so she is not going to go back to him this Sept. I think I will email him and schedule a chat. At the very least maybe he can tell me whom else might have the ability to hire me for a time.
