Hey, thanks for the reply re hep b vaccines, don't forget to let me know how you get on at the end of the month. I've also responded to someone about them being forced by work to have it, I'm amazed they can do that. Anyway, hope you are doing ok and have a good day :) Debs xx

For years I was told I had CFS, but after an extensive MRI I was told that I have Osteoarthritus and that it is a degenerative disease. So now I am trying to learn as much possible to help my self!

I started showing symtems of SAD when I was 20yrs. I am now 40 and have been trying hard to manage my total health instead of taking pills for each symptom. I am working out and feeling great.
