- Staying away from Salt . I know that I need to stay a way from Salt and when I do it helps a lot. But I do have a an addition to it

Open Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
I have had carpal Tunnel as well as Throastic Outlet syndrome I have major numbness and pain all the time in my left arm from it. They want to do surgery for the Throastic but it involves cutting through the neck mussels and I am also left handed and it can impair some use of the left hand and arm after surgery

- Carpal Tunnel Release Surgery Working / Worked
- I had Carpal Tunnel surgery in May of 2005 and it has helped in some ways but I did not regain full use of my finger movement after. When I try to use my fingers to count with my grand children my my fingers will not go all the way up. only the 2 do completely and the ring finger only about a 3rd of the way and the other 2 not at all
- Wrist Splint Not Working
- it did not work for me and I got rubbed raw in the palm of the hand from it
Open Sleep Apnea
I have sleep Apnea and have a CPAP making the I suppose to be using. But due to some hard memories I have to face I have not been able to use much.

- I have not been able to keep it one long enough to know how it is working yet
