Close Fibromyalgia
I went for years with doc. telling me it was all in my head, I think that the depression that I have is from them telling me I was nuts, I have flare ups. and I am so tired most of the time, I am tiring to work and keep my head up. as there are not many that believe in this, I am now coming down with osteoarthritis in my hands, both is making my Job as a high school cook hard, I am so tired when I get home that I can't do anything, I am done for the day, I hate it, I don't have a life .
Treatments
- Effexor Somewhat Helpful
- I am not sure if it is helping so much for the fibro,but it dose help with the depression, I hate being on it, as it is a strong med, and you can't miss a day,
- Aqua Therapy Working / Worked
- the Doc said that I would not be this good with out it, that is is one of the best things that I could do for myself. I know that it is good.

Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI am on Effexor XR for Depression, I hate taking it, and I hate the way I feel when I miss a day, I am on 150mg a day, I would like to work my way off it but don't know how.
