Got a couple of goals to update on here.
Goal 1: To complete T175 course - well got the result today only 10 days late ! and yes I PASSED
Goal 2: To loose 10 lbs in August - well 6 lb down, 4 to go, so well on the way to that one.
Goal 3: To loose 35 lbs by 1st October - well 19 lb down, 16 to go so over halfway
Goal 4: To loose 91 lbs by 30th March 2010 - well 19 lb down, 72 to go, so getting there
