I married the man of my dreams in May 2007. We have been together almost 5 years now and I am so lucky that he is also my best friend! He was a package deal and came with a son who is now 11 years old. UPDATE - We are welcoming a new addition to the family on July 22nd, 2008... a little baby boy!

Read your post. I dated a guy with a son that was 10 for a few years and I worked at a summer camp with kids. Big age differences in 10-12 yr olds. They become more selfcentered and insecure. best wishes.
