  What you describe, that constant thinking about gambling, is called obsession. It is half the problem. The other half is called compulsion, the irresistable urge to act upon the obsession. We understand, we are all like you, to one degree or another. Now, the next step, Do you seriously want to do something about this problem? Do you really believe that you have a problem? Is your problem a behavior problem or a money problem? How do you feel about these questions. Write something in your journal, so we can get to know you. There is a solution.
